Progressive is a fine company, but they are made up of flawed humans like every other company.
More import to me is the corporate policies of claims handling and customer service. You won’t be able to test their adjusters until you have a claim. But you can look on the State dept of Ins website for complaints. Call the customer service number and “chat” with the operator. Are they a licensed insurance agent and can they even make changes to your policy? Available 24/7?
